Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy – (USA & Global)

This policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.mallgranmexico.com and is valid for customers located in the United States and other international destinations, excluding Mexico (which has its own dedicated policy). We are committed to ensuring transparent and fair shipping, returns, and refund procedures, in compliance with international e-commerce laws, including:

  • Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
  • GDPR and international distance selling directives
  • United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG)

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard international delivery: 5–15 business days
  • Remote or high-customs-control regions may experience delays
  • There are specific products that are hand made and have their manufacturing time.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time updates directly from the courier.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on the supplier, package dimensions, and destination.
  • Some products may offer free shipping, clearly indicated on the product page.
  • In other cases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

You are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees applicable in your country. These are:

  • Not included in our product prices unless explicitly stated
  • Determined by your country’s customs laws, which may vary significantly
  • Paid either at checkout (DDP model) or on delivery (DDU model)

For U.S. customers:

  • Imports below $800 USD may be exempt under Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act
  • All duties are collected by the courier upon delivery (where applicable)

Restricted Items

Return Policy

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable

Non-returnable products:

  • Cosmetics, supplements, or intimate goods
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

  1. Contact info@granmexico.com.mx with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  2. Our support team will review and approve eligible returns
  3. A return shipping label may be issued, or you will receive return instructions
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Return shipping fees are:

  • Covered by us only if the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
  • The buyer’s responsibility in all other cases

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when due to an error on our part

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
  • The item has not yet been shipped

After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy applies.
